Jordan Process (“Jordan”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a full-service processor and manufacturer specializing in medicinal botanical products that provides clients with superior novel materials and botanical API's. Our Policy on Age

Our Website does not target and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. How Can I Manage and Remove My Personal Information?

If you shared your name, email address, or other personal information on our Website, you may contact us at info@jordanprocess.com to have your records deleted from our distribution lists. We will try our best to respond to your request within 45 days. Upon processing your request, we will no longer send you any marketing materials. We will retain and use your information after deletion only as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Jordan cannot guarantee that any information that remains in backup or archived media retained by our third-party service providers will be deleted in its entirety.

Can I Opt-Out of Providing My Information?

You are not obligated to provide your name, email address, orany other personal information to access our Website but only if you wish to providesuch information through one of the forms available on our Website. You candisable further information collection by cookies on our Website by changing asetting in your web browser.

Information Collected from Users
Outside the United States

If you utilize the Website from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information collected by us will be transferred, stored and processed in theUnited States. • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent;
• Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
• Comply with a legal obligation;

Exercising Access, DataPortability, and Deletion Rights. To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, you or your authorized agent must submit a verifiable consumer request to us using one of the methods noted under the “How to Contact Us” section:

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to signup for our newsletter, fill out any form on our Website, or otherwise register with us.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date of your verifiable request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in the manner you choose at the time of submitting the request.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Non-Discrimination.  We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
